One Real Estate all Real Estates the same??? That's the question all astute - buyers, sellers, landlords and even tenants should ask themselves. How can it all come together for all to benefit - That's the BIG question? I'm a landlord and have several properties spanning 25+ years; and have had numerous Agents & Tenants. Yes and the associated problems. When I ponder back; yes! the tenant was a problem BUT in actuality the most majority problem that caused it was the AGENT. I've noted in recent times a lot of Agents have changed there names and tactical operations to $$$ advantage for their consortium takeovers. Thus to maintain aggressive growth not in quality or service but $$$s. The staff are overloaded and thus follows shortcuts at landlord cost - less quality background checks, risk taking. cliche reports, landlord ill advised etc. It all came to climax in a couple of properties; I'll focus on one - a 3 bedroom townhouse in Brunswick. I only become aware of the Mega problems when payments cease in my account from Brunswick. Basically the property was trashed, flooded; numerous Police Reports from tenant's work and neighbors over 3 years and all I got was cliche, false, doctored up, cooked books - Reports that all is Well??? After realization the Agent advised me to let him STAY ON; & not to deny his bond back and that I'll have difficulty; Yea Yea. My daughter was chipping away and telling me she swapped to this Family Agent and that their real good and very helpful and positively advised her good outcomes for her and the tenant. DO I Jump? I had had enough; and decided to approach My daughter's recommendation - Mantello Real Estate Werribee we arranged a time, they came out to see me. I explained my predicament, and after I settled all the problems I'll probably come over to you. Jason Mantello boldly said - If you give us authority today; we'll get this all in order for you; too their word they did; and got my bond money back. Jason & Connie Mantello are a Family Real Estate & Agent for Rented Properties. I found them honest enthusiastic and spoke directly to you to maximize your property potentials; they also considered the prospective and existing tenants needs and are thorough in screening tenants. I've since recommended a friend who came across he also had prior problems with these new Cowboys Corporate Consortium Agents who are overworked with minimum staff thus forced to take short cuts and calculated risks - thus no real duty of care to the landlord (property) and surprisingly also to the tenant as they don't really care as long as their commission keeps coming in. They may be cheaper commission to get your business; but I the landlord with multiple properties WANT peace of mine & maximize continuous use and care of my properties. I've been with You! (Mantello Real Estate in Werribee) for nearly 3 years and never been so contented with your eager to please attitude. I recommend any Landlord, Tenant, Buyer or Seller; rather than be bitten firstly by Corporate Agents; do your business with Mantello Real Estate Werribee. I would like to extent my gratitude to Mantello Real Estate. I would like to share with everyone my dealings with Mantello Real Estate as they more than deserve this recognition amongst the home buyers, sellers, renters, and the people wanting to lease. My situation was dire straights, as I was left with a mortgage I could not afford amongst other debt I could not afford. I had no idea on where to begin with the house and no idea where to begin to sell. Fortunately through a good friend I met Jason from Mantello Real Estate. I could not believe the understanding I received as I practically sobbed my way through my story. Jason looked over the house for me and immediately helped me put together a plan so I could see my way through getting the house ready. Jason was very honest with me when it came to the house market so I could get the best possible price quickly. With Mantello Real Estate’s constant encouragement, and referring me to other professional people to help me with the house (carpets, walls ect) I managed to get the house ready very quickly, as it was only my lovely 65 year old mother and myself left to do all the work, and there was a bit. To cut a long story short, I feel because of Mantello Real Estate I got the house ready, quickly to sell. But there hard work did not end there, the moment I had the house ready to view, Jason had a potential buyer ready to view. Hi Jason and Connie I am just writing to express our gratitude for handling the sale of our home. When we first met both of you, we both felt comfortable straight away in dealing with you which made our decision an easy one to choose you to handle our sale. It can be easy to make a lot of promises to someone on what can be delivered regarding any transaction, but from day 1, everything that was promised to us in handling the sale of our home was delivered beyond our expectations. Firstly, the level of communication that we received throughout the whole process was amazing. Every day I would get a phone call from Jason to keep me posted even if it was a short conversation just to reinforce to keep positive and that we will get it over the line. Sometimes these calls would come outside of business hours which is not something that we were expecting, but at the same time it was reassuring to know that Jason was reachable should the need have arisen. We had the house open every weekend which I feel was a defining factor in being able to get the house sold in the manner we did and this from experience is not what is offered by the larger real estate agents and would get a text message from Jason every Saturday morning just to say good luck for the open. Again, going the extra mile to ensure that his clients felt comfortable during what can be a stressful experience. We have had some difficult moments and difficult people that we have dealt with, but Jason has not let these people or moments distract him in the slightest in his dealings with us. We both rode the roller coaster of emotions created by these moments and people and were both able at times able to have a laugh instead of becoming frustrated and making the process more difficult. I feel that throughout the process that Jason was working with me and not for me so to speak as we were always on the same page and there was not one decision that we made where we disagreed with each other and there were some tough calls that we had to make along the way in dealing with the difficult moments/people that we encountered. I will be highly recommending you guys to anyone that I speak to who may be looking to buy/sell/rent a house as at all times I found you both to be very easy to deal with and would not hesitate to deal with you again for any of our real estate requirements.
